The Rave


The RockIT RAVE is a concept fitness event created by Rockit FIT founder Tammi T.
The RAVE combines the high energy pace of a fitness workout with the exhilaration and sensory explosion of a club or concert experience. Participants are taken through a heart pounding 60min high intensity work out that combines aerobics, dance and HIIT
– all choreographed and performed to a live DJ Set.
